although i have a cold and it is raining @ 7°C, it feels good to be back on the road. some nice riding on the secondary roads from the balaton back to the danube.

i thought about leaving here this morning, but i caught a cold because of the cold wind the last couple days and i had to do some organisation because of the changed plan. the good thing about the internet “speed” here is, that it leaves you enough time to think (and rethink….) what you really want to write in an email. 😉 and it puts you totally in command if you consider it really important to see pages on the www or not. so you will not get mislead by an overwhelming amount of informations which seems to brainwash you every split second.

i leave the mostly flat route along the danube and go for the first hills on this tour. the still heavy winds helped and coming to veszprem feels always a little like coming home, as i have been here a couple of times.

again a sunny relaxing  day in vienna. great to visit some very good old friends before taking of tomorrow.

i checked a couple bike shops to find parts to optimize my setup.      the guys from ciclopia http://www.ciclopia.at/ were great and helped a lot. they have good stuff, good support and good coffee! so definitely a place to stop by.
